Mage fire pet sucks.

I would think water, air, or earth, depending on the situation. Can like 4 earth pets land a root on someone with high mr?

That air stun is insane, 3 of those is brutal.

Halflings probably make the best pvp pets )

Fire pet is the best but you have very little margin for error due to its low HP. This is because it casts a huge DS for free which amounts to a lot of damage.

So basically with fire pet your options of places to level are more limited. Earth is better if you don't mind nuking more and going AFK more.

I got to get on again. I hit my first truly hard level as a mage for the first time. At 32.

I will when I get a chance. IRL has been tripn lately. Got a few more chapters into OC Dune tho.
