How to play on Windows Seven ?

This is happening to my buddy as well. The game runs and can login and see server but before you get to the character select screen it has a memory error. Tried reinstalling and the options to run as admin etc still errors out. Anything else I can do?

Also, if he run the game in full screen, he has the error, he must run the game in window mode.
