If you catch operatives with their tag missing, it could mean we're hiding our shame because we don't have any active rezzers clocked in, or more likely it could just mean we're chasing down a camp, Levelling some recruits, or are otherwise too busy (or perhaps intoxicated!) to fulfill "on-the-clock" duties.
