Farzo, they didn't just nerf this scroll quest. Exp has been turned off for every single quest. It'll be back a month after Kunark launch.

No exp from the turn-ins but you still get the faction hits.
My necro has been turning in Bone Chips (while skeleton form is up - as this makes them amiable) to get the positive faction hits to cabilis. Though, after about 30 stacks, necro is still threatening while non-skelly illuisioned. | ||
