Is it really too late now? I am at work now but was hoping to get my new necro to 12 tonight so I could bind him there.

If you’re not constantly moving your bind for strategic purposes then you’re not living the true min/max life. Every serious guild should require all raiders to rebind in a binding ceremony before the next raid. You need to be sure your people are committed and willing to do what it takes!
