I could see a potential for Teal coming back around Kunark launch if the pop gets massive, but only in very limited circumstances.

I.e. you wouldn't be able to transfer any characters to it, only make new level 1s (prevents people from trying to farm higher level shit on both servers simultaneously); it's only around for a few days just to let all the new Iksar spread out a bit (although counter argument to that is just wait to create an Iksar).

No one else gave a shit about this when you cried over the possibility endlessly while teal was still open, and no one cares now.

If I had to guess I'd say there won't be a new Teal for Kunark, but even if there is this reason is the least of any relevant concern.

Well plenty of people expressed an issue with it actually. Including a lot of people who liked Teal but didn’t like that aspect of it
