The best thing to do when you run into players like this is log onto your level 50 Magician, summon a pet and begin killing every single mob in the zone since they're only allowed to camp 1 mob in an outdoor zone. They'll either change their attitude or they'll leave when they realize that they're not going to be getting any experience until a compromise is made.
