I always thought that you need to have the low delay in the off-hand so you will swing more with it? am i wrong?

Love, how this gets more confusing with every post [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
The skill description on p99-wiki reads: "Each weapon has its speeds calculated individually. " Sounds to me, as if it doesn't matter at all. Wrong? | ||

That is why people say lowest delay belongs in main hand. Now, when you figure in haste, there are diminishing returns the lower your delay is. TL;DR - parse it.

Low Delay mainhand = more swings offhand because your dual wield check goes off more often.
