I just started using GINA yesterday. I was thinking about how awesome it is, and then I realized everything it does... is actually done automatically in modern MMOs. It's crazy how much a difference something like an automated timer can make in your gameplay.

For a long time the ST modified files were deemed "perfectly acceptable" and then they threw the switch and raid banned Riot, AG, and Freedom / Ghxst. Rogean has taken a pretty clear stance that modifying the files isnt something he wants done if it gives you any edge.

Modified UI's on green are not illegal, it's client side and affects no one else.

See to programs like GINA or Zlizeqmap which read the log file. I'd argue these are even more powerful tools than a custom UI.

For real. GINA is much, much worse for the classic experience than having multiple chat windows.
