If and when it actually happens, there will be an inevitable influx of fungus staves, mistwalkers, beads and manastones to Blue. Will it have a real impact on the going price of these items is another story.

Staff will probably cost less because most of its price tag is probably derived from its rarity alone.

No, Manastone and Rubicite Armor have high price tags solely because of rarity. Pre-Nerf Fungus staff is one of the most useful items I've ever traded around my characters in Everquest. Just saying.
