Since it's wearable by chain wearing classes, does that mean Iksar shaman, warriors, sks can use it?

The truth is, that there aren't actually classes wholely restricted to armor types anything other then softly as a guide. The only truth is can your race and class wear each item individually, because some pieces of gear out there will make you scratch your head on the classes on it ;p

Ruby though is a plate that iksar can't put on ;p
