I see that at Paineel every day, 55+ characters farming mobs that are 33-37 and can't possibly be giving them any exp. But that's their right. Quite a few people outright say that they're only there for money, not exp.

It's FTE in regards to Hill Giants in RM, right? Because they don't have a fixed spawn location, only a generalized one.

I was told the HG's in Rathe, because they tend to be spread out and roaming, are FTE and cannot simply be "claimed."
