They're still making progress on it AFAIK. There was a video update only a couple of months ago. The world is fully explorable at this point and they've got currency working now, they just have yet to implement combat.

did anyone here ever make it to the end game on EQOA? Raids and shit? I played it for a few months but then went back to normal EQ or WoW, can't remember the timeline that good.

I never played it, but I always hope that something with the EQ name attached to it will be successful.
