I'll admit, I may have made a mistake, but it could be more obvious. I finally found that screenshot of yours after going to the wiki homepage, then seeing in the middle of the right column, Play-Nice Policy.

I'd recommend putting it at the top of the left navbar. The very rules by which players on this server are expected to adhere to!

Imagine if there was something called P1999 Rules at the top. Isn't that important?

I have seen.. so many "Go read the rules" arguments on OOC.. if it was stupid clear, it would probably be useful to a ton of players!
