If the monk is ever the intended tank, you're going about this completely wrong.

Malo -> turgurs until it lands, get full mana, engage. When monk pulls aggro let him tank to about 50% hp and mend/regrowth/flop back on to sham.

Next mob is building heal aggro during first mob, so again malo, turgurs, sham tanks until monk pulls aggro. Efficiency is key, if the monk is ever at 100% hp for more than a few ticks you're doing something wrong. I doubt a shaman under 1150AC will ever have the mana to do anything but heal himself and refresh regrowths/celerity.

Monk can also combat bind wounds the shaman during all fights with negligable dps loss.

Also using birds eye view on the shaman to keep yourself within melee range is super helpful. First person you'll not even realise you're being melee pushed back = summon = dead.
