Why they have to kill the wands by not letting them recharge?

Just lower the damage to like invoke lightning or something..... then higher levels wouldn't try to use them to cheese "real content", and lower levels could still have some fun.

Yea, but really at that point...if you are trying THAT HARD to potato high end content... could just more easily make a bunch of mages and sit back ~_~
