Just to be clear, that delegate lead Mayor Cheat has they are posting everywhere is based on incomplete counts....

See they counted all the Districts Cheater Butt won -- and have been stalling when it comes time to count all the Bernie stronghold areas of Iwoa. Apparently -- about a week later -- they still can't figure out who voted in the Bernie areas -- but it took about a day to figure out the Cheater Butt areas.

Coincidentally, Cheater Butt donated a bunch of money to this phone app they insisted on using for counting the votes...named "Shadow Inc." -- no joke. Staffed by ex-Hilary supporters of course.

Unfortunately for Mayor Cheat, Bernie on the DL had a separate phone app tracking the results of all his supporters. It shows that Cheater Butt did indeed win the areas they are reporting...But they a large section of areas Bernie won have STILL gone unreported...

The DNC "has to make sure" when it comes to that specific section of the vote see...

Their plan to give Major Cheat a boost worked so far. He got a sudden like 10-12 point boost everywhere? Pretty uncommon.
