Eh, halflings have like 25-30 more important stat points than woodies and get sneak. Unless you are playing a druid or cleric and just want to get rez/ports, you don't pick halfling for exp bonus.
Plus Halfling Warriors have the highest combined EXP bonus in the game. Like 15% or something I think. That's a pretty sizeable boost

Not to mention that a warrior isn't likely soloing very much, so the bonus is mostly shared with groupmates rather than significantly speeding your leveling.

No, but the ability to sneak-tag mobs off a Monk puller is quite handy!

Wood elf wars become best tanks in EQ

5% Dodge bonus and if you max agi will dodge even more. Most people are stupid tho.
