It's a couple weeks early. I think. Live launched on March 16 and I see patch notes mentioning new magician spells on vendors on May 24.

No, I calculated it to be January 2, 2020. So they are 2.5 weeks early in the timeline.

Maybe with the holidays coming up, they wanted to get it done now. Not exactly classic, but understandable.
