I remember the first one of these I saw for sale on these forums for green few weeks ago, it was 95pp. Part of my brain was like waiiit, aren’t these way more valuable than that? But I figured it was too good to be true.

That's why I kept seeing high level people in Qeynos aqueducts! I wondered what in the world they could be hunting down there. It's pretty amazing to me the loot people can come across that I had no clue about on Live.
