Easy to remember an incident years ago with whites. Happens so often with the blacks that we are easy to forget it happens everyday!

Happens more often, yes. Happens everyday for whites and every minority. Black population is also smaller, still in a state of recovery since 1964. Not that long ago. Not making excuses for actions; there are none. Making point that it can only get better. People need to be educated. It's easy to turn a blind eye to the projects and poor people. Smarter to not do so.
