I look at the wiki and there is a group clarity that was introduced in may 1999 so that would be 2 months after eq launched so you might get that a lot sooner then kunark.

Group clarity? Boon of the clear mind is definitely a kunark spell. But yeah, normal clarity comes out sooner than that.

Ok there's a discrepancy for boon of the clear mind. Wiki give 2 different timeline for his introduction. It's like he was first introduce in may 1999 in classic and then move to a level 52 spell in kunark so I guess somebody will have to make sure he was there before kunark.

OP, I am disappoint. You must now go train 21 points in Search. And the Kunark release date was never up in the air. It has always been the same as it was during 1999-2001: just over 1 year; then Velious after 8 months.

The following is from THE official initial post regarding Green99, Introducing Project 1999 Green:

THANK YOU to all who responded like I said I probably just did not see it and it was right in front of me haha...just so disappointed I can not even obtain the very first spell Breeze...or did I overlook that too....lol
