Why make a new red server? There already is one and no one plays it. Starting a new character there would be same as starting on a new server.

A new red server would last a month then drop down to current red levels, just like last time.

24 players on red server... yep formula for success! Let's launch two dead servers... because money grows out the developers buttholes.
