Blue is fine. The people that were really invested in blue will have a great place to keep playing. The blue water experience of a new server is hard for anyone else to ignore.

Thats why it makes sense for green to merge into blue at the end of its cycle. To keep the full velious maxxed out server from going stale, and to keep allowing people the experience of a new fresh server every once in a while.

Actually, he devs have stated that blue IS/WAS beta for green.

I started in 2018 on P99. The dupes you reference have not ruined my experience. There were long lasting dupes in classic EQ as well that also didn't ruin my experience.
