I get the impression many of the folks who went to Green from Blue have dreams that somehow it'll be different this time around and the same core of nolifers won't dominate the high-end content. That being said, the majority of Green's population wasn't playing on Blue at all, at least not recently.

It will swing in the other direction if/when custom content is released on blue, at which point some will say green99 is dead.
