Plx explain how guild war will do anything? Bad guild simply does not accept guild war. I don't know of a single instance of a blue server having guildwar enabled between multiple meaningful guilds for brave excellence.

/guildwar should be on the menu of punishment dished bout by GMs on green to guilds that break raid rules.

gulidleader A: petition: "because guild B did x,y,z at our raid please make them guildwar us for justice".

GM: saw the fraps, you are right. Punishment is just, /guild-war for one week and disabled the ability to leave guild for one week. (or one month..)
