No Ground Textures with Sky on Simple/Complex?

I reinstalled patched and everything and still getting no ground or sky...0 issues before this patch.

Same. I just reinstalled and the ground is still invisible with sky enabled. Now my options to change the sky are gone as well.

Any solutions? Reinstall does not fix the problem.

I think i'm having the same issue.. Just tried to start up p99 after a year and this is what I see. only see character models and some objects.
