I'm finding it really hard to level a melee with the xp bonus; I'm outlevelling mobs I can both survive and get melee skill ups against, which means my skills are too low to be able to fight appropriately leveled mobs!

This Beta really is huge fun with the XP bonus, and with a low pop too.

One problem is lack of money - platinum is arriving at one tenth of the normal level rate, so everyone is REALLY broke, and spells are hard to afford.

One the other hand, few spawns are camped so there is lots of options for hunting.

Its really not very fun for those two reasons to me. You hit a wall pretty fast on either melee or caster unless you get lucky with drops on your caster. Or just farm extra greens to catch up with spell money, but that negates the fun of the faster exp since you are just killing the same stuff for longer after all.
