Speaking of goofy skills; anyone else pick locks? I'm only speaking of your own locks, of course. I can just do Master locks and other easy ones, and sometimes more complicated ones, but how fun is this shit? Also, it turns you into a critic when anyone tries to pick a lock in a movie.
I had to pick the door to my apartment with a Sheetz loyalty card earlier this year.

"Thank you, no. I just need it to break into my house."

"Oh... Good luck."

I was going to say you must be around me because there's not too many Sheetz around. I actually use my Sheetz loyalty card for doing a certain type of magic trick ironically. As for lock-picking I just have a rudimentary lock pick set I can handle pretty basic locks.

Yes! This is what I expect to see from EQ people. It shouldn't be shocking at this point, but it is always a pleasant surprise. The most creative people I have ever known have been D&D, EQ, Warhammer, musician, anime and cosplay people (usually two or more of the aforementioned hobbies or professions).

A local hackspace did a lockpick class. Apparantly if you alluded or even mentioned picking any locks other than your own you were told to get out basically. It was meant as a "emergency measure for yourself" only [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Shooting is fun (as long as it's targets...thats just me though)

I had a good laugh when i worked in Vancouver at a range. Got to try a bunch of pistols and shotguns. Great laugh.
