Right, but the FFA part was where you could snag a few extra, especially during earthquakes. More mobs these days too. It certainly wasn't perfect, but it was a pretty clever compromise.
I don't think C/R/FFA was horrible, I just think it's hilarious to hear someone say the problem with Class R was not enough guilds.

FFA everything. If you wipe, you are disqualified from that mob for 48 hours, no joining / guildremoving / helping other guilds to kill it. Of course, this requires more rigorous account tracking, but that ain't my problem.
