There is pretty much little reason to be moving around, unless they really wanted to take advantage of spell casting range in their strategy. Hardly a fair representation of ACTUAL PvP in EverQuest, which is usually non-stop moving.

Exactly my point. World pvp vs arena will always be different. But 2 casters fighting 1v1 will also always be pathetic stand off cast fest. Sadly EQ pvp only really includes huge gank fests which isnt really pvp its just....well a gank fest.

That video is bad to be honest. Somebody needs to post the video of I think it was Casus 1v1ing in Splitpaw? I can't remember if that's accurate or not. That's probably one of my favorite 1v1 videos.
