This is in the arena. Where 2 casters who don't melee are fighting one another. There is pretty much little reason to be moving around, unless they really wanted to take advantage of spell casting range in their strategy. Hardly a fair representation of ACTUAL PvP in EverQuest, which is usually non-stop moving.

Exactly my point. World pvp vs arena will always be different. But 2 casters fighting 1v1 will also always be pathetic stand off cast fest. Sadly EQ pvp only really includes huge gank fests which isnt really pvp its just....well a gank fest.

That video is bad to be honest. Somebody needs to post the video of I think it was Casus 1v1ing in Splitpaw? I can't remember if that's accurate or not. That's probably one of my favorite 1v1 videos.
