Also I find it ironic, but have no proof of this, that someone with access to user ID list gets banned and the same week old accounts that laid dormant for 6-8 years are now online selling uber gear.

Question that influx. Why didn't those accounts go active 3 years ago at release of various. Why is it now you see all these members toons and guilds that were extinct and or banned long ago popping up and selling off gear.

Possible someone shared a list? Anything is possible and I prove two of which in my post. Ask questions and demand an answer. Or the server will fall apart fast, and who knows maybe that is the plan as well.

But it sure hasn't been my plan making enemies along the way having my account stripped twice for trusting friends and standing up for everyone with no voice.

Grow a backbone and do something other then the same old me me me routine.

Seems I'm alone in feeling it's wrong. I would have thought a few would have shared my passion about keeping our game legit is all.

You’re just very naive as to how much time and resources it takes to eliminate rmt, especially for a volunteer staff. Your link is actually making it worse because now more people have access to a resource they might not have known about before.

This entire post as with so many is out of hand, mostly due to me getting pissed off absolutely.

This comment was the reply that stood out to me as correct. I am naive 100% to assume anyone gives a damn anymore about what is happening.

I'm extremely passionate and vocal about changing it, and I cannot of course alone. It would take many standing up, but as I said a few times maybe the many don't care because the many participate in such acts I have pointed out.

So be it. I will not post again as I certainly know better how it attracts flies from all over, and it's my fault for expecting different.

You're very passionate about your cause! It has inspired me to aid your quest! As my God Father always likes to remind me, work smart, not hard.

For this situation you came to the wrong outlet. Where you should start, is Daybreak games. Remember, Project 99 had its share of legal issues with Sony and Daybreak regarding this emulation. A significant portion of the agreement between P99 and Sony/Daybreak is that real money is NOT allowed to be generated from P99. They want nothing to detract from the money they could get from their TLP servers.

So here's the solution. E-mail Daybreak at privacyofficer@daybreakgames.com. Yes, that e-mail address is for their privacy policy stuff, but there's a high chance whoever answers those e-mails is also from the *gasp* LEGAL department. I could not easily find a legal department address, so just work with that.

That said, point out EXACTLY what you just described in your first post. The part they will hone in on will be the RMT website. Send them an e-mail and see what happens. Probably will get the P99 staff working to resolve this.

Mead you were 200% correct definitely shouldn't have posted here or gone into so much debate and arguing about what I felt was right.

Lesson learned, I'll advise Llandris that it's going on and/or msg the parent companies if nothing is done. Since I have a few allies now that fed me resources to end it.

Last chat about this issue, also warning to all acquiring from said site. Be careful what you ask for.
