As many others have mentioned:

Pricing is usually done by supply/demand.

There is little demand for this weapon, and plenty of supply.

Tunnel rats are going to ask 50-100k all day long and never get it.

SK have piercing cap so it sucks for them. Think it does well for pally but only three people play those

It does need to be appraised against its other options in the game. Using a warrior for example, it is the best piercing weapon in the game for them. Its stats and ratio place in in the top 15 best 2h weapons in the game for them and its one of the few droppable ones. Its easily worth 60-70k now.
