Heck, just have no resurrection spells of any kind and it would be hardcore. I started on this server in 2013 and even then, I rarely had to eat an experience death after level 30, there were clickies everywhere. People would flip their shit if they could never get a res in the 50s.

Discord server was the best fun I’ve ever had playing this game. Perm death can be really fun.

How on Earth would perma death be managed against monsters that are guaranteed to kill you with death touch?

People would finally learn EQ's secret: You don't need any end-game drops to play and enjoy the game.

It would be really cool trying a PoH break in as those can be fairly nasty.
