Voted all of the above to remove handicap raiding and would like added measures to restrain lawyerquest.
So, adding Yendors suggestion to solve guild disputes. No time to blame the GM when you are busy cracking a leather whip on your enemies bare ass.

Add 25% random disconnects on all players engaged on a dragon. That will simulate dialup internet drops.
Then disable item recharging.

Now that we have that out of the way, place Ion Blaze in the rack and let him feel the stretch of suggesting heresy.
