Don't need to run the uninstall (can if you want, but doesn't matter), but yeah you'll want to reinstall EQClassicHD and then install any other ancillary stuff last.

In the forum post linked above there's a dropbox link to EQGExport, however the link returns 404.

I searched around and didn't find another place to download it.
