Somebody said BDA (maybe TMO?) was loot council right? I guess it works when you kill just about everything. When you only see 2-5 Vulaks a year it gets pretty emotional if you dont get loot off that kill instead of happy you got the kill in the first place. Or at least it can have the tendency to create that.
