Druid Port Spells -- Where to buy?

Is there a tentative schedule for when various spells will be available? I looked long time for breeze before it came out, and I've looked quite a while for Ring of Combine. I see the forums are saying it isn't available, but you can't always trust the forums.

Added in the March 27, 2001 patch notes. That is 3 months after Velious release. (or 11 months after Kunark has been out, depending on how they choose to play this)

Yeah really sucks how isolated that side of the world is. Pretty empty and underutilized, but for the few who do make the trek it sure is nice.
