Noob coming back to EQ after 15 years away...couple questions.

Yeah just like prison the first day kill somebody. You also might want to turn ooc off if you’re not use to racial slurs and homophobic slurs. Some people even talk bad about people who played on red and died irl, in the game and on these forums. Other than that server working as intended. Fast leveling with pretty empty camps. Pvp if you stay away from hot spots for leveling will be at a minimal to zippo. The only issue with places like mm is there will be an occasional twink log in to kill you.

If you do any caster you can pretty much skip all those good spots unless you get a group for crazy exp and just so you’re own thing. Server is running on an all time easy mode nagafen been up for weeks. Good Luck!

Oh forgot to mention rebirth is happening.

Hmm.....sounds decent to me actually, I've played many different mmorpgs mostly blue servers and its just old hat now. Nothing you describe sounds too bad. Getting killed is part of the process and words are just words. Don't give a shit about bad words.

My main online haunts are voat.co and https://boards.4chan.org/pol/ so Ill probably be ok here. Just looking to get some levels and get a feeling for the place, then maybe a couple old buddies might roll some new characters. Who knows?

Poor guy stands zero chance. His friends who come with him will quit at 40 after two weeks, he’ll make it to 52 and reroll, one of the folks he met leveling up will join Apex and quit after weeks of raiding.

People should always play for themselves and find out if it’s worrh their time. For the most part if you like eq and you’re in for nostalgia you can have some fun here. Would be better with an active pop for those mid levels, but everyone just blows by levels here. The end game does suck and I don’t see that changing ever. It will be one guild and probably shady council driven from now to its end.

Got to collect them vulak items on 17th char.

I personally escorted 100’s of people off this server. Of course using unfair advantages but that’s why you grind in classic.
