Either way if it was patched in April 2000, that's just over a year of eq being live.

So if they deem to add this change, enough time has passed to follow a classic enough time line.

I mentioned this over a year ago. I suppose if the proper amount of time has passed mages are now due for some regen!

Wuwu!

The EverQuest strategy guide of the Ruins of Kunark has a description of the phantom spell line having the regen. I would guess that we would get the upgrade when Kunark goes live on the 25th.

Pretty sure the Prima guides, while very useful as a base (and I spent many, many hours with mine), are not considered authorities on the spells of the time, containing many mistakes to start and only gets more inaccurate as patches continue.

Is this actually resolved? I don't seem to get any regen from Phantom Plate.

This means you shouldn't get any right now.

Which you Posted 3/24; Kunark went live 3/25. In other words, I wasn't sure whether you were saying "not yet" because Kunark was going live in a day, or "not yet" because there is some other time period I don't know about [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Bump for clarification. The regen is in effect since Kunark is now live or the regen will be later added?

Thanks
