You know, I was going to make some suggestions like switching the i7 to an i5 because hyperthreading on a quadcore CPU is pretty worthless for just about everything and getting a 6950 1GB over the ti, but how about I show you how to make up your own mind instead.

as for your case, I will suggest an antec 900. Just leave the top fan off and turn the three 120mm fans to low and you will have great cooling for very little noise. Side/top fans actually disrupt airflow and do very little to help.

actually the antec 300 woule be cheaper and still offers 2X120 front 1X120 rear. You might want to look at that instead
