I recommend using a vpn as well until the exception comes through. Wait times seem to be 3+ months

Not quite, I didn't start playing till 2014, and my join date on my main account was 2010.

The join date is the day you joined the forums, not the day you started playing.

I understand that. It is just quite the gap between registering a forum account on a very niche-market game (at this point) and getting around to playing said game.

Maybe not mind-boggling, but certainly on the odder side of the spectrum.
