Got curious about this so I checked, and not only is there no way to fix this faction on P99, even after all these years there still isn't any way to improve that faction on live either! Although they do have some sort of general purpose "faction fixing" potion you can buy now [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.].

One guy implied that in the past there was a bug which made HS mobs give positive Mistmoore faction. If someone could track that down and prove it happened in the classic era ...
