The staff receive petitions and they're stored for later review if no staff are available at the time of the incident. If they feel rules were violated they will look into it and proceed at their discretion or even in some cases a senior staff members discretion.

Posting these incidents on the forums, especially the RnF section is not what you should ever do.

RnF is go hard or go home. Either present logs/screenshots of the entire event so that there is no question as to who was in the wrong (and even then you have only perhaps a 75% chance of the court of RnF siding with you) or leave it to the professionals (ie. GMs).

Man I feel like 75% is pretty generous. If I ever make a solid RNF thread when I grow up to be a big boy end-gamer, I'm going to include a shit-ton of insurance in the form of... I don't know ... something, to prevent backfire.
