The whole point is to simulate server crashes from live which caused full zone repops, including nameds.
There were a few times I recall during Luclin that server actually crashed twice on the same, probably about 10 hours apart. It wouldn't be out of bounds for him to make it totally random, but then again it makes some sense to add a minimum buffer also. TLDR Nilbog didn't say either way, so anything is possible as far as we know. | ||
