nerfed how? Call of bones isn't shit anyway compared to C2 and KEI which will be here when Kunark releases. Did the necros get all butthurt and cry nerf again?
Do you understand the self-evident value of having access to a spell like call of bones as a cleric, without having to have an enchanter around to KEI or clarity you? Do you know how a manastone works and why it's good for clerics?

Because if not, this whole conversation will circle, and I'm just not going to waste my time.

Yes Messianic we know how valuable having access to that spell would be for a cleric, which is why we were in the process of doing the quest for our clerics, however if they are going to nerf it retroactively (which is apparently the case) then C2 is better because it will still be available, although yes on a limited scale, and yes only if a enchanter is around to cast it.

Yes we also know how useful a manastone would be to a cleric... at least in the non kunark zones, since it doesn't work in kunark zones, from my understanding. But since I am learning about this game as I go, I could be wrong.

I personally don't think that this item should be nerfed retroactively, since a cleric with that item would benefit everyone around.

Why wouldn't KEI be released with Kunark? It's a level 60 spell.

Some 51+ spells weren't included with Kunark Launch, and came later on, IIRC.

It is a spell introduced in Luclin and drops off Luclin mobs.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to my question... and for all you do for the server.

Just because it's lvl 60 doesn't mean it was released in Kunark. Breeze is 16, but was not classic...

IIRC KEI is SoL.

For those that don't know about the huge number of level 1-60 spells that were introduced after the scope of this server (Scares of Velious), this is a pretty good thread that covers most of the origins of these non-classic spells.

You will want to use ctrl+f and search for "Luclin" in order to make it easier to look through.

Oh wow, totally forgot that it wasn't released with Kunark. Thanks.
