it pops at 10 secs before the game clock ticks 9pm if its gonna pop. or a SG. or a desert madman. or a crypt mummy. or a sand mummy. or a mummy. or nothing. 1/10 chance for an AC.

The current system has been implemented based on a live dev spoiler post made after the live deserts / oasis of ro area were revamped.
Pretty hard to argue something more classic than a copy and paste of spoiled live mechanics. In short, every 9PM there is a 10% chance for AC to spawn. To me, it seems he tends to spawn on the north and south edges of the sandy part of the zone. If you can get yourself online in a very off-hour you tend to only have to race 0-3 other FTEers. In prime time you might be up against up to a dozen people :S. | ||
