So, this is obvious, but I have to ask so I can hear some validation.

If i have a pet, It melees a mob.

I break charm.

I RE charm.

DD the mob, it dies.

Do I get full exp even though I have the same pet as a pet again, after breaking and re-charming?

How does mob regen factor into the calculations?

If mob starts with 1000 hp, and regens 100 during the right, do you need 501 or 551 to outdamage the pet?

I'm fairly sure it's 551. I really can't provide evidence, but I know when I've nuked mobs down for noobs that were letting their mobs heal a bunch of times, I'd often NOT ks them even though my nukes would do 130%+ to the mob.

This is nonsense. Why would you even post this?
Go try it. Break charm at 10% and then Charm something different, it will still eat 50% of the exp...

Why would you post false information?

Not if the new pet didn't do any damage.

If you break charm at 10%, recharm something else, and do at least 5.1% dmg, you will receive full xp. I've exploited this on three characters now (51 enchanter, 54 bard, and 60 necro). I'm 100% confident you are just blowing smoke right now.

Duxa UI has a % bar instead of blue bars, so you can see your % per kill. Doesn't really work after 51, since it takes multiple mobs to get 1 %, but pre 51, outside of hell levels, it's pretty easy to measure.
