There's competitive interaction between players, you can cause them to die and get mad

Its not your traditional PvP where you can directly attack them but train wars are pvp as far as any definition

Bind in Naggy lair, aggro kobold at zone in, gate to Naggy when they engage... North Gate (or if you're a druid yall's favorite Ring) when you see them crawlers comin'

Yes, in part 1 of the last stream (April 27th) they confirmed the game would be launching with *at least* one PvP server, and will add more with different rulesets etc as time goes on.

I am an alpha pledge for Pantheon, I'm not expecting any PvP outside of duels in the Alpha since they'll be focusing on the big things like progression, balance of major features, and just overall performance/bug squishing. But I do hope to see PvP in Beta, as I'm sure they'll be dedicating the Beta to working on the smaller details of the game and will have all the big issues cleared up in Alpha. So maybe we'll get a PvP test server during Beta? One can hope!

Either way, Pantheon is EQ2, watch the latest streams, donate if you like what you see. Support the only chance we've got at a decent fuckin MMO coming out. Also, if any of you guys can get into the alpha/beta, do it!

The more people we have on there giving feedback and posting suggestions that would make the game more like Classic EQ, the better. I'm sure the current-EQ'ers(live I mean) and WoW'ers will find their fucking way there sooner or later and start bitching because they wanna turn it into another instant gratification, everyones the hero shitfest. Gotta make sure we're the loudest and most prominent voices on there!
