I would exclude Rallyd's opinions from any conversation or else he will be summoned forth to talk nonsense.

He usually whines about anything and everything.

all i know about this is we killed maestro fairly, he worked properly doing his aoe and all, we got the first monk gloves of the server (the rarest drop on maestro) then a gm shouted stuff about inny and he took back the gloves.

i feel a bit raped right now :-/

i don't know what exactly they were talking about (inny broken or something like that) but it clearly had nothing to do with our fair maestro kill, it's one of the worst gm decision on this server imo

Soul, the GM's took away the loot because "we didn't converse enough over who was getting what raid mob."

About 15 minutes after we had downed inny and you had subsequently downed maestro, Tibador was throwing a fit. We were currently waiting for our raid target to be re popped so we could kill him properly.

Because of that, he and nilbog deemed that the raids we had in hate were moot, and either we should BOTH get an inny and maestro, roll for the targets and have them repopped, or no one gets anything.

I tried to convince them that there was no issue and failed. The end result was no one gets anything.

From a non-leader/officer perspective, it went.
  1. Clear 2nd floor mobs in way
  2. Engage Inny
  3. Notice no AE (similar to what happened in past to vox)
  4. Down Inny 5 seconds later
  5. Contact GM (Nilbog)
  6. Distribute loot, we expect to have to "rekill" inny with his AE going off
  7. GM announces to zone that Trans/IB both have envidence supporting their right to the raid mob, or something like that.
  8. Random complaining begins in /shout from IB & Trans
  9. Decision to either repop zone and give IB/Trans each Inny&Meastro (wtf?), Or take all loot and wait on respawn (at this point, we had already given our loot to Nilbog to rekill Inny properly)
  10. IB (and maybe Trans?) try to figure out why we are doing this? We both got a raid mob, we weren't waiting one behind the other to get them. As far as I know, we followed the new set of raiding rules.
  11. Informed that decision was made to take all the loot. (trans loses gauntlets)
  12. /gratz whoever in Trans got greedy any petitioned that they should have rights to Inny after they kill Maestro.
  13. Doug's buddy Zilo goes to sleep sad because he lost his sword. 8(

End of the day, we all loss. Maybe that's a fitting solution to these problems. It blows (the entire scenario was stupid), but I'm glad to see both guilds treated equally over this, regardless of which guild was whining and which one was trying to do the right thing.

Disclaimer: I am nothing but a pawn, describing the events as I saw them unfold around me. Please don't flame me for this. <3

What ever happened to the first guild with "capable force" has right to zone?

That doesn't exist.

First capable force at a target has the rights to that target.. within 30 minutes.

We were the first ones to inny, there shouldn't have been an issue.

After reading this I dont understand why the loots were taken away it seems everyone followed the rules.

And Goobles its first to a target has rights to that specific target. Not the entire zone. IE a raid force cant zone into Hate and claim the entire zone.

I do believe it should be first raid force in zone should claim the zone for zones like Hate/Fear/Sky.

I don't, because many of the monsters in these zones do not require raids. Your suggestion would be tantamount to Guild_X owning all of SolB because it takes a couple dozen people to kill Nagafen.

There are a few "rare" spawns in Hate. One in particular is a "Green Toolshed." This item is found on the ground on the second floor. Once in inventory, the Green Toolshed procs lvl 30 Meth Lab.. Once we were cookin' things got kinda crazy. Mobs started to get fuzzy around the edges- I think someone looked at someones girlfriend wrong or somebody got mooned, in any case- crazy Meth fights broke out amongst the two guilds.

It truly was hate. Maybe if they would have named the zone "Happy Love zone" Things could've gone better...

Grats Divinity on Naggy!
LOL Jete, you got a laugh out of me. Honestly though, as the one who loses those monk gloves. F*C*&##@*($#SDF!!!!!!!!!!!!!
